We have been breeding now for almost 13 years. When we look for a studdog we want to find a dog that comes closest to the ideal breedstandard.Very important for us are presence, dark eyes and an intelligent, bright enquiring expression. Also the will to please and effortless movement, very important in a working breed. Less important is a very long coat. Don`t forget most Beardies live with families that don`t want to take care of coats for 24 hours a day.
The dog that influenced our breeding the most is : Wsgr. Ch. Charncroft Caleb
Of 21 of our 27 litters he is either the sire or grandsire or now grandgrandsire.
His offspring out of 2 litters has been very successful. Although we like to show and are happy about our successes, we get the biggest pleasure out of the fact that families are completely happy with a Beardie out of our breeding. By the way, all our showdogs live a normal life, just go to
Impressions, and you can see what they are up to 350 days a year when they are not showing.
